This practical course provides a safe and inclusive space to explore turning your passions, problems and ideas into a business or community project which will help change your community for the better.
This program enables you to discover new career pathways and to explore new ways to earn an income while making a difference. There will be mentoring support and opportunities to access grant funding for your business idea or community project
Mentor
Support others to get started on a business or community project idea
Use your skills and experience to make a difference by helping people in your community who are looking for new opportunities.
Over 3 months of mentoring, you will help program participants with the different stages of planning and setting up a business or project.
During this program you will learn and apply valuable mentoring and leadership skills to support and develop your own career as well
About the programs
The Enterprise and Leadership programs at Two Square Pegs support businesses and projects for the community by the community. We empower residents living in Public housing and those from intersectional communities to lead change in their communities. The programs support people in these communities to use their lived experiences to power local leadership, enterprise and action for community benefit.
