Two programs to join
Program A (ALeader/Starter)
The Lead program - Program A is a level 1 stage course for those who are just getting started with an idea for a community project or starting a business.
The next program will run from mid August - mid November.
Program B (Business/Growth)
The Enterprise Growth / Business program - Program B is a level 2 stage course is for those with existing businesses or community projects, and who want to further develop it.
Applications Program B are now closed until 2027

How much will the program cost? And where will it run held?
This program is FREE and is kindly funded by the City of Yarra and the Victorian State Government.
The program will be run at the Learning Bank on 24 Victoria St, Richmond 3121 in the City of Yarra
Who is this program for?
Anyone can apply to be part of this program. You DO NOT need to be a resident of the City of Yarra to join the program. But, you will need to be connected to the City of Yarra by living, working, playing or through leisure activities there.
Also the business and community projects you explore as part of this program must show a benefit to the community in the City of Yarra. Plus any businesses or projects that receive funding as part of this program will need to use their funding to benefit the City of Yarra.
We also reserve the right to prioritise participation from certain groups such as those who are unemployed and those who live or employed in the city of Yarra.
How long does the TO-LEAP Program run for?
The Starter Program will run for 10 weeks from Mid August to mid November You will need you to commit to attending workshops for all the weeks and the graduation event.
The program consists of weekly 3 hour workshops, optional tutorial sessions and optional mentoring catch ups in between workshop dates
